ROTARY BUILDS their second home here in Skagit Valley The first Rotary Build home was completed back in 2001 for the Ouellet family in Mount Vernon. The Rotary Clubs of Skagit Valley banded together to help this family realize the American Dream of homeownership.   The Second "House That Rotary Built" is now complete here in Skagit County.  The Garibay home was dedicated on July 27th, 2008, and the family is enjoying their new home.  Rotary has been a strong partner with Habitat here in Skagit County through the years, and we hope that this great relationship will continue into both our futures."
