Site Carpenter

The Site Carpenter will be responsible for overseeing volunteer teams on construction projects, ensuring safe, high-quality work in all weather conditions. Primary duties include leadership, support and direction for construction, enforcing safety protocols, and guiding volunteers in basic construction methods. The role requires a minimum of 1-3 years of construction supervisory experience, familiarity with blueprints, and strong problem-solving skills.
