Finance Administrator/HR Manager

This position is responsible for overseeing the financial and human resources aspects of Skagit Habitat for Humanity. As a Finance Administrator, this full-time position's responsibilities include bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, and cash/asset management. As HR Management, this position will also be responsible for coordinating all administrative activities related to the organization’s personnel. Their duties include developing recruitment strategies; implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll, and behavior; and onboarding new employees.

Skagit Habitat is seeking an enthusiastic, highly organized, positive, and self-motivated person whose skills include accuracy, attention to detail, and financial aptitude. This position must be able to efficiently use QuickBooks and Excel, as well as handle General Ledger responsibilities, payroll regulations, and month-end closing. Knowledge of construction accounting a plus.
