You Are the Key to Affordable Homeownership

Other Ways to Donate and Make a Difference

At Skagit Habitat for Humanity, we don’t just build houses; we build hope and community. But we can’t do it without your help. You can contribute to our mission of providing affordable housing for families in Skagit County in many ways other than a one-time cash donation.

In-Kind Donations

Here at Skagit Habitat for Humanity, our community generously supports us in many ways. One of these ways is through individuals, businesses, groups, and organizations that provide us with services and/or materials.

Materials for Home Construction

Building a house takes a lot of nails and two-by-fours! If your business has surplus building materials, donate them and help families hammer their way to a brighter future. Email Ian or call (360) 202-5901 to get started.

Donations for our Raffles & Auctions

Showcase your business and give back! Donate goods or services for our recurring raffles and auctions to reach a new audience while helping us build a stronger Skagit County. Email Cammie or call 706-206-0493.

Overstocked Inventory?

Donate it! Give unwanted or surplus items a new purpose and help a family build a home. Contact Jason, our store manager, to arrange a donation pick-up or ask questions.

Professional Skills and/or Expertise

Can You Help Us Build More Than Homes?

If you have a background in construction, fundraising, marketing, law, or any other relevant field, we would love to hear from you! Skagit Habitat for Humanity always seeks passionate volunteers to donate their professional skills and experience.

Contact our Volunteer Coordinator today to discuss how you can use your expertise to help build homes, hope, and community!

Donate real estate, plan a gift, or sell your land at a discounted price

Land in Skagit County is the largest single expense involved in building a Skagit Habitat home. Gifts of land, or land we can purchase below market value, are a wonderful, lasting blessing to future Habitat homeowners in Skagit County!

By donating land, you’re ensuring hard-working families have access to affordable housing for years to come. Contact our CEO Tina to learn more about land donations and discuss options.

Leave a Legacy

Will and Estate Plannings
