The three new homes will be single-family residences designed to cater to different family sizes and needs. Two homes will boast 1,380 square feet and feature three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a two-story layout. The third home offers a cozy 1,063 square feet, two bedrooms, and two bathrooms.

Parkside Townhomes – Anacortes
Eight more affordable homes are coming to Anacortes!
Located off 29th Street in Anacortes, these two-story duplexes will provide eight more local families with a safe, secure place to call home. Each 1,048sf unit will have 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and share a wall with an adjacent unit.

Kendall Court – Mount Vernon
Here’s to four more affordable homes in Skagit County!
We are so excited to announce the completion of Kendall Court!
Over the past year, Skagit Habitat has built four more affordable homes in Mount Vernon at the corner of Laventure and Blackburn Roads! We want to thank all the generous donors, volunteers, corporate sponsors, and community partners for making this possible.
We look forward to beginning our next multi-home construction project in Burlington very soon! Stay tuned for updates.
