Affordable Housing

Current Builds

Kendall Court - Mount Vernon

Here's to four more affordable homes in Skagit County!

In February of 2023, we broke ground on four new homes at the corner of Laventure and Blackburn in Mount Vernon! These are our 42nd-45th builds and will be the first time Skagit Habitat has built more than two homes in one year. We are so excited to help our future Habitat Homebuyers, Maricela, Dayse, and Cinthia, build and buy their own homes! Stay tuned for construction updates!
